Shipping
We ship to the UK, the EU and the US. Every mug is printed when you order it (no warehouse of unsold sarcasm), by our print partners.

How long it takes
Printing takes usually 1-2 working days, then delivery depends on the region and you'll see an estimate at checkout. You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.
Note: For UK shipping, our partners use Evri and you'll get emails saying that your order comes from "Fulfilment centre"

What it costs: shipping is calculated at checkout as it depends on the region. December orders get free UK delivery.

Christmas: order by 14 Dec (UK), 7 Dec (US) or 30 Nov (EU) for the best chance of delivery before Christmas.

Lost or damaged: if your mug arrives broken or doesn’t arrive at all, email noted@pleasemuteyourself.com with your order number (and a photo if it’s broken) within 30 days and we’ll send a replacement or a refund.
