Terms & Conditions - Giveaway Nov 2026
Giveaway terms: the small print, as promised
We said the T&Cs were in the caption. These are the longer ones. Still shorter than most meeting invites.
- Promoter: Please Mute Yourself, 195-197 Wood Street, Suite RA01, London, E173NU, noted@pleasemuteyourself.com.
- Who can enter: residents of the UK, EU and US aged 18 or over. Not open to the promoter or their immediate family.
- How to enter: between 09:00 GMT on 4 November 2026 and 23:59 GMT on 10 November 2026, follow @pleasemute.yourself on Instagram and comment on the giveaway post, tagging a colleague. Each comment with a tag counts as one entry. Bonus entry: share the giveaway post to your Instagram story and tag @pleasemute.yourself. Your story must be visible to us for the bonus entry to count.
- The prize: one winner. The winner and the colleague they tagged each receive one Please Mute Yourself mug of their choice (righty or lefty), delivered free to an address in the UK, EU or US. No cash alternative. Prizes are non-transferable.
- Picking the winner: one winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries on 11 November 2026. We'll contact the winner by Instagram DM from @pleasemute.yourself only. We will never ask for payment, card details or passwords. If the winner doesn't reply with delivery details for both mugs within 7 days, we'll draw a new winner.
- Delivery: mugs are made to order. We aim to dispatch within 7 days of receiving both delivery addresses.
- Your data: we'll only use the details you send us to run the giveaway and deliver the prizes, then delete them. See our privacy policy.
- Fair play: we may disqualify entries from fake or spam accounts, or entries that break Instagram's rules. We may change or cancel the giveaway if something beyond our control gets in the way, and we'll say so on the post.
- Instagram: this promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta.
- Law: these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
